As the Community Manager at Scoir, you’ll be the face of our brand to our passionate users, bringing them together in a community that feels inclusive, informative, and fun. From starting engaging conversations to planning events that bring people closer, you’ll be the one nurturing a space where our community can learn, share, and grow.
Key responsibilities

Build & manage the community: From launching the community platform to creating forums, you’ll be in charge of setting it all up and making sure it stays active, safe, and engaging

Drive engagement: Whether it’s through polls, Q&A sessions, discussion topics, or weekly challenges, you’ll create reasons for our users to check in, connect, and contribute

Content creation: You’ll develop content that adds value for our users, like community posts, newsletters, and event announcements that keep everyone in the loop and excited

Listening to the community: Keeping a pulse on user feedback is key. You’ll identify what users need, gather feedback, and work with our team to implement changes that make the community even better

Event planning: From virtual webinars to in-person meetups and trade shows, you’ll help us plan and promote events that get people excited and bring them closer together

Collaborate across teams: You’ll work closely with market and product teams to ensure our community aligns with company goals and that we’re offering users a space that adds real value
Qualifications

Community management experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in community management, social media, or event planning. If you’ve built a community from the ground up, even better!

People person: You have a way with people—connecting with them, understanding what they’re looking for, and creating a welcoming, engaging environment

Creative communicator: Whether it’s through writing or speaking, you know how to communicate in a way that’s relatable, engaging, and authentic

Organized and detail-oriented: You’re a natural planner and keep things organized, especially when it comes to events and engagement initiatives

Tech-savvy: Comfortable with community management platforms and tools, and not afraid to dive into something new

Problem solver: You’re adaptable and resourceful, quick to find solutions when challenges arise
