Position overview
As the Digital Marketing & Operations Manager at Scoir, you’ll be the brains behind our marketing engine, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll help bring our campaigns to life, manage our marketing tech, and make sure we’re hitting our goals.
Key responsibilities

Run our campaigns: You’ll coordinate and streamline our marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring all the pieces are in place and everything’s running on schedule

Be a data guru: You’ll dig into data, keep it organized, and help us learn from it. From creating dashboards to analyzing metrics, you’ll be the go-to for insights that shape our strategies

Manage and optimize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Demio, etc.): Our stack? You’ll know it inside and out, making sure we’re utilizing it to the fullest to keep our lead nurturing in tip top shape.

Collaborate across teams: Partner closely with market team to ensure alignment on messaging, audience targeting, and lead management

Process pro: Got an eye for efficiency? You’ll identify ways we can work smarter, dismantling bottlenecks, automating processes, and making sure everything’s organized and optimized
Qualifications

2-3 years experience in marketing operations

Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRMs and data analysis tools (experience with HubSpot a plus)

Strong ability to analyze data, uncover trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines (if you love Asana, we'll likely love you!)

Meticulous and process-oriented to ensure campaign accuracy and consistency.
