Position overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join our College Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our college partners by providing exceptional support and strategic guidance. You will work closely with internal teams to enhance our services, improve user experiences, and drive customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Manage onboarding for new partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with college partners to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution of issues and proactive communication.

Conduct regular check-ins and strategic meetings with clients to drive engagement and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product development and enhancements.

Monitor customer usage and performance metrics to identify trends and potential challenges, providing actionable insights.

Develop and deliver training materials and resources to educate clients on product features and best practices.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the education sector.

Strong understanding of the college admissions process and the role of technology in supporting it.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping customers succeed.

Proficient in CRM tools and customer success platforms.

Strong computer skills, including HubSpot.
