The Email Center is your command central. Collaborate with colleagues and avoid duplicative work as you email students and parents or guardians. Work smarter by saving drafts, scheduling your emails in advance, and even setting reminders of planned emails. Plus, with Advanced Email, you can email students from your own email address.

We've consulted counselors and high school experts to bring you the Scoir Library, full of professional, pre-written communications designed to engage your students and their parents or guardians during the college admissions journey. With topics spanning from standardized test reminders to college essay prep from College Essay Guy, we've done the hard work of seasonal communication for you.
Create and Send Surveys
With Surveys, you can create and send surveys, like brag sheets, to your students with ease. Apply filters like class year, assigned counselor, and more, to drill down to the segment you need. Once your survey is ready, you can bulk export all students' responses to a CSV or even print individual student responses.
